Its a wel pak 100 door but its not a weld pak 100. It doesnt have the tap amp dial like it suggests, it has the continuous adjustment knob on top. It works fine with my Lincoln Innershield flux-core 0.035" diameter wire on my Lincoln SP-125 Plus welder with the standard Magnum 100L gun. Plenty of extra length--easy to cut-to-length with side cutters. After trying a few times the breaker in my panel popped. After resetting breaker I noticed the wire was still feeding.I have an SP135+, a slightly newer version of the 125+. It usually feeds OK but every once in a while it will go in fits and starts. The problem is usually too much pressure on the nut (maybe a wing nut) that holds the wire spool in place. Blow out gun and install new liner. before cutting liner install brass diffuser. with gun out straight cut liner flush with end of diffuser. use a side cutter and not a cutting wheel. split coils, bend to 45 degrees and cut.926. It could possibly be that you liner is kinked from being coiled too tightly. Another thing to try first is when you are welding is keep the cable to the gun straight as possible.
